Appalling service, whereby we were paying a thousand dollars a month for a machine that had more downtime than up. No transparency and ridiculous post termination requests

Very helpful with a Karcher purchase. My purchase had a small fault when I unpacked it, but it was replaced without hassle. Lovely to do business with. Would have no hesitation dealing with LTS in future.

NO stars for you todayI took my $600 18 month old K5.690 pressure wash in for repairs to an internal water leak, about 5 days later I was quoted for repairs and labor $257. About a month later l had to call 4 times to get a response as to what was going on with it then finally some returned my call. I was told they had difficulty on reassembly and the job took a little longer the new final price was $317. When my partner went to pick it up the invoice was $350. She paid it. When she went to leave she was asked if she needed help, her reply was no thanks kms alright, his reply was are you trying a compo" claim the machine weighs about 20-25 kg and has its own wheelsThanks LTS Albury for the POOR service and bad customer relations.NOT RECOMMENDED"
