Lauren and the Team at RPCo are some of the best Pilates instructors that I have come across. They challenge, strengthen and lengthen your whole body. Classes are always different and you come away feeling fantastic! The boutique style studio gives the right modern and clean feel. One of the best ways to end a hard day at work. RPCo also contribute to the community by running $15 classes on a Sunday and giving the proceeds to charity. Keep up the great work RPCo
