Everything about this venue was top notch! I agree with other reviews, Estella was amazing! Made planning my daughters 18th easy and stress free. She checked in regularly to ensure we were happy with the progress and to see if there was anything more we needed. Tracey and Lana looked after us on the night and with a few hiccups with guests behaviour they were very understanding and supportive. Bec fed all the guests with the delicious assortment of food and everyone loved the Arancini balls! I highly recommend getting security for any party event as it means any situation is dealt with promptly and makes the staff and hosts night more relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you for taking care of us from beginning to end and ensuring the event was one to remember. I look forward to hosting another event in the future.

Estella's communication was outstanding and went above and beyond to meet our needs, providing impeccable hospitality, a superb venue location with ocean view and delicious variety of catering. I cannot thank Estelle and staff at Functions by the bay more than I have..I held my daughters 18th here Saturday night and it was an incredible night for all who are still talking about it days later. She loved it.Estelle is an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one and helps take the stressful moments away by going above and beyond to ensure the night is perfect in every way.I was really struggling to find a venue that was reasonable in price and one that hires for an 18th once contacting Estelle and seeing the rooms it was easy from there.Nothing was to much trouble.I couldn’t recommend anymore than to book Functions by the bay for a fabulous evening or your next function.The venue is beautiful, the surroundings are gorgeous.From room hire, to a DJ and amazing cateringto the beautiful ladies behind the bar who made our evening, they joined us for a dance or two and made the young ones night even more fun.Thank you to each of you for a night that will be remembered for a longtime and made every person leave with a smile. Amazing events centre . Affordable , they have 3 venue rooms to choose from , service was remarkable .Thank you so much for all your assistance with our event last Thursday, you have been very efficient and communicate so promptly , every event we have organized through you , has been 100% and that’s why we return . It was a great success and my colleagues have commented on what a great venue Functions By the Bay is, one of them going on to say “the food outshines that of any other venue we’ve used in the time I’ve been here”.
