It’s a Shame that the service and the quality of food have dropped so much since the renovation, new staff seem to no idea and no care waited 45 min for a roll , back before the Reno would have been 5-10max No sense of urgency and they just do care everything seems to hard for this store

Well, I live down the road and after boycotting this establishment for over two years due to pathetic coffee, service and food, it was refreshing to see they have lifted their standards in line with the refurbishment!I don't believe it's much better than any other highway pitstop, but the (Wild Bean) coffee was pretty good, served at an acceptable temperature, of good taste and served quick by an attentive and friendly lady.I did indulge in a bacon and egg roll thingy, which was awash with bacon and BBQ sauce, and loved it! But let's be honest, if a truck stop can't do that, the world just isn't right.There appears to be the world's smallest menu on the clean tables, but I just ordered mine from the pre made hot box. The choice is yours! (See photo with large coffee cup next to menu for reference. Bring your reading glasses!)There also appears to be three distinct, legitimate but crazy ways to line up for service! One on the right past the self service food, one in the middle that zig zags like a regular line up area and I even saw people lining up to the left, in front of the coffee machine! But the problem is when all three meet in the middle! Cue awkward looks of disgust. A sign to mark the way for us human cattle would be advised, especially during busy periods where hangry customers might clash with coffee addicts looking for a quick fix, all while regular fuel customers watch/ film on their phones in amazement!!!But hey, what do I know!

Clean facilities, excellent spot for a quick break.

My original posting about this establishment was taken down by Google after BP heavied them. My honest advice is keep driving passed this joint. 0/10 is my rating, plenty of other excellent establishments both north and south on the Bruce. A total stinkhole.

Was served there this afternoon by a gentleman (Hanu)? Customer service was outstanding, friendly with a smile. Whilst I only purchased food and drinks nothing was an issue whilst I was adding more and more items. Went in to purchase 4 drinks walked out spending $49 ☺️

Stopped for some snacks on a road trip. The 2 ladies working were very friendly and attentive, great customer service and the food was good. They happily obliged when we asked for something freshly cooked.

We live in Bundaberg and regularly travel back and forth to Brisbane. We’ve tried out all the servos along the way and consistently find BP Torbanlea to be the best. It is always our first stop on our way down as it has the absolute cleanest toilets of any place. Their coffees are excellent too. We always grab something to eat as our way of saying Thankyou for your friendly clean service. Keep up the great work!
