My Mum is 82 and legally blind. For some unknown reason parcels are not being delivered. Delivery costs have been made yet no delivery. What an appalling service this is. It's not practical for some aged persons to collect from Post office. Meet your commitments.

Payed for delivery, items weren't delivered! Then I've got a txt to say I have 2 packages to be picked up @ postoffice.. DISPITE ALREADY PAYING for POSTAGE/DELIVERY!! Then drive 20 kilometres into town to just get there on closing time and have the door closed in me face and get told to come back on Monday and this is a Saturday lunch time I'm being told to come back on a Monday After Traveling into town for NOTHING!! totally disgusted.. As another reviewer posted for-fill your commitments!!! Were Not in the PRC were in Australia n help our Fellow Man!!
