Called for a quote said they will come out to send them my address but never came. Called them again he then acted dumb saying they never got the message to send it again which I did straight away and to confirm. Once again no reply and did not bother to follow up after 5days. Mate if you conduct business like this people will give you a 1 star review.

Ross was thoroughly professional when I consulted him about fixing some termite damage in the floor. He gave me all the options and then did the work promptly so I was able to move in to my house. The floor looks beautiful.

Ross is a very good looking man and his craftmanship matches his good looks. Would highly recommend Ross & The team. They did an excellent job and he even stayed for my freshly made scones. He really liked my homemade fresh strawberry jam. Nice guy.

Ross asked me previously to provide a complimentary review as he mentioned there had been postings relating to his inability to respond to messages and keep appointments.This, I admit, was a major flaw in doing business with Ross!Once again, trying to make contact to complete follow up work, he does not respond to any phone calls or messages left.Absolutely no respect or regard for his customers.
