I am one of those stereotypical women who know nothing about mechanics or cars (I drive a red car with 4 wheels- and that’s the extent of my knowledge). So it’s big deal that I completely trust the team at Autoboss. They have friendly patient customer service, are upfront about costs, and honest about the urgency of the cars repair and maintenance needs or the fact that some issues could wait to be repaired. They also went the extra mile diagnosing the issue with my car and sourced a replacement piece on the same day! The courtesy car was an additional bonus. Thanks guys!

We were travelling to Adelaide on holidays and had an issue with our car. I tried ringing a few places to explain our situation but everyone was so busy with the impending School holidays/Easter break that they were solidly booked out.I rang Auto Boss SA on a recommendation and spoke to Joe, explained the situation and he said bring it in... he diagnosed the problem in less than 5mins and said he would help us out.We had to wait an additional day for parts to arrive but once they arrived, Joe not only completed the job to repair our car promptly but he went above and beyond to ensure the other brakes on our vehicle were safe for our return trip to Victoria.I cannot recommend Joe highly enough, he listened to what I had to say when I explained what happened to our car, diagnosed the situation in a matter of minutes and got us on our way as fast as possible..

As a brand-new customer looking for a solid local mechanic, the service from Joe and the team at AutBoss has been first-rate. I had a fairly urgent request and Joe went out of his way to give me a call back and fit our car in quickly, before a trip for the long weekend.

I’ve been trying to find a ‘regular’ mechanic for years but have had so many bad experiences, I was putting off getting my car serviced and it was way past due… Check this and check that problem lights were starting to come on… oops!I finally did a search for somewhere local and Auto Boss came up, the reviews looked promising so I booked in but braced for another horrible experience.Joe was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, explained things without being judgemental or condescending (I know very little about cars lol), even pointed me in the right direction to catch the bus into work! Did what he had to do within a couple of hours and charged me a super reasonable price (makes me realise how much I’ve been scammed for years…)Will definitely be coming back :)

The mechanic did an excellent service, but after using other services of another workshop and getting the same result I realised how expensive and unnecessary it was. $125 for each R14 tyre and $150 for an air sinitisation cleaning. It is what happen when you are desperate to fix your car and have not experience in mechanics quotations.Service done used in 2020.

Theses guys are such a great bunch of honest, reliable mechanics. Joe is especially terrific, having helped me out with a hiccup with filling up the coolant instead of the wiper reservoir! He came to my rescue, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Auto Boss.

I was looking for a mechanic in the area that wouldn't rip of a girl who doesn't know squat about her car and an overwhelming amount of people told me to go see Joe from Auto Boss.He's taken care of my car for the past year and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Friendly, prompt and honest service, including a free loan car if I needed it. I came to Joe for a service before taking my car on a 3 day trip to Queensland and I completely trusted that he would take care of the car for the trip - made it by the way! I pulled into Auto Boss when my check engine oil" light came on. I was served by two lovely men that refilled the oil for me and kindly sent me on my way. Will definitely come back when I need something else done due to their kindness and knowledge. Thank you so much!"

Joe's awesome, has looked after me and my car for probably over 5 years now and has always explained things to me in an easy to understand way, never trying to push any unnecessary repairs on me and gives me good time frames to work with for any future pricier repairs. He is a great, trustworthy mechanic, which is why I will always come back - even if I do sometimes leave it a little long between visits!!
