Trustworthy smart accountant wouldn't go anywhere else

Khanh assists us with our personal and our business tax. He also recently helped us set up a SMSF which involved a last minute investment property purchase. Although it was quite a challenging time and considering how busy he is (and how stressed I must have sounded over that time!) he was always available to set up a time to chat or provide almost immediate responses via email (where possible) to clarify and guide us in a calm and reassuring manner. I really enjoy working with Khanh and value his support. Thanks you Khanh and thanks to Helen in the office!

He didn't know much about accounting and running a Company.I asked him to set up my company and left a few details that I had to chase up later on down the track that he didn't provide me which my new accountant had to chase up.When setting up my company he also made his place address the renewal address. My company got closed down because I never received any information regarding my renewal.Then he send me a bill from asic which was 3 months late for a non renewal process, So i had to pay to open it up and the late fee because Khanh Was to lazy to send it to me when it was time to get renewed.He didn't apolgise or gave me no explanation why he decided not to let me know earlier about my renewal process for my company.I would not do business with Khanh- Bladen King and associates.

No communication at all.Have had to call multiple times regarding my tax return, to see if it’s something I missed, only to be advised the best they can do is message khan or the person in charge for processing the application. Finally receiving a call back advising my tax return would be in, as the delay was bank details, and the return would be in by the end of the week and still nothing. Even after they confirmed all details upon initial tax return assessment.Called back once more wasn’t given any information about who to speak to or the progress, just left in the dark once again.Not only that, but rather than going through my receipts, khan rushed and decided to just split my deductions in half, over two years rather than working out the depreciating value of my tools. Not a firm I’d recommend.

Be aware Khahn is all care and no responsibility and is nowhere to be found when you need to do an audit with the tax office. Taxes not accounted for correctly and will cost you $$$

I previously used Mick BAKER who worked under Bladen King to do my tax for the past 15 years and I sent him my tax documents on 9/8/22. He retired with no notification from Bladen KING. I contacted the office on 7/10/22 to get a quote to get my tax completed. I was contacted back on 13/10/22. I sent all my documents to the admin email supplied. I then called the office again on 17/11/22 and 25/11/22, initially got told my tax was completed, then it wasn't. All the time I had to chase them up.I personally emailed Khanh to state how dissatisfied I was with the lack of service. I'm not surprised, no reply. Go elsewhere don't waste your time.

Always go to Khanh, professional, friendly & helpful every time
