I went with Ministry of Cleaning for an end of lease clean and wound up with a $700+ bill, a half cleaned kitchen, shower not cleaned, stains on the carpet and they didn't even vacuum. I paid for specific cleaning of some items like blinds, it wasn't done. Staff were unprofessional, neighbours reported they spent the day yelling loudly at each other.It took the REA over 72 hours to check the property and they ignored my emails, so I recleaned it myself. They tried to blame me for not letting them reclean it and refused any kind of refund for work that wasn't even done.MoC simply contract out to local cleaners and they have a pile of company names (search the mobile number they list). The reviews on Google aren't really reflective of what you might get and if it goes badly, good luck dealing with their support staff.

I hired them for an end of lease cleaning and the cleaners where on time and did an excellent job. I had no problem getting my bond back. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Excellent quality and professional end of lease cleaners! I was very grateful to have had Teken and his team complete my end of lease clean for my 3 bedroom terrace. They were on time, thorough and my real estate agent commented on how spotless the property was. Really took the stress out of the move, I would highly recommend and use again.

Today I had two technicians from MOC come and clean all my tiled floors and a black and white terrazzo porch. They were so helpful moving some furniture and did the most amazing job throughout. I’m delighted with the finished result and highly recommend this business. Will definitely use them again in the future.

WHY CANT I GIVE 0 STARS?This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used. They are complete con artists. Happy to agree a price with you to win the business, but they reserve the right to change that price on arrival - which they did to me by an extra few hundred dollars knowing it was too late for me to back out (it was an end of lease clean) They also tried to cancel on me at the last moment by pretending their car had broken down, only to arrive on time when I demanded they arrive.Ended up costing me $700 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. Approx 3hrs work all up. I also had to pay for their parking. Do your research as this ended up being double what most of their competitors charge.

Would not recommend. They charge a high fee for a terrible job. The cleaner arrived and spent a whole of of his time on the phone on personal calls. He did a terrible job, cleaned the bathroom with only water (no cleaning products) and overall didn’t seem interested to do his job. The only saving grace was the carpets were steamed well.They offered me a refund only if I took down my previous negative review.

Had mold cleaning with MOC. At first I was a bit concerned because there are not so good reviews around here, but I decided to give it a go. I am deeply satisfied in all the dimensions of their work, and would definitely recommend them and hire their services again. Attached are the pictures, where they performed mold cleaning at my place.

Had these guys come to do an end of lease clean, was quoted 600, carpets included, the guy came and then upped the price by another 130, if I had time to find someone else, I would have but instead I felt like I was blackmailed into giving them more money because I didn't have a choice. Never again, do not recommend.If you give a quote, that's the agreed upon amount, if you want to send someone to look before hand then do so, if not then you told me how much but when I came time, upped the price.
