Kresta Awnings Blinds Curtains Shutters Mentone

I ordered my sheers nearly 8 months ago - the installation kept being postponed although the full payment was made. I am still waiting for my shutters which were ordered at the same time has my sheers. Today was meant to be installation day for the shutters. Move my work and organised to be at home to be told they were - once again - postponed. Again - full payment has been taken from Kresta. The customer service from Kresta has been disgraceful, disappointing and beyond careless. If I could cancel the order and go with someone else I would - but they have all my money.

My consultation with Sonia was terrific. She was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went smoothly from there, including a follow up measurement and installation. The service men were friendly and professional. The price, quality and look were all great.

We ordered a ceiling mounted bedroom curtain for our master with a nice wool finish. After waiting the 6 weeks for our curtain to be made the installation was organised only be told upon arrival that he could not do a ceiling mounted track and he’d have to do a traditional side installation. We were stuck in-between a rock and bit of a and a hard place. If we were told at the time the person came out to measure and quote they could not do a ceiling mount with the weight of the curtains, we would have either chosen something else or gone to another company who could give us what we were after. Instead we were told as the installation was under way that he needed to do a side mount. We were very specific about it being ceiling mounted as side install does not suit a modern contemporary home at all in my humble opinion. We’ve had this in our home for a few years now and every time I look at it I regret not telling them to take it back. We just compromised as we were put on the spot and desperately wanted that window covered. The quality of their product is atrocious. The cord has snapped twice and the movement is super jerky and tough. Not at all what you’d expect from a $4.5k curtain! Do yourself a favour and go with someone who cares about what a customer wants. These guys are just the worst and if zero stars were an option they’d get that.

Kresta Customer Service Representative Jay repaired one of my blinds again today. He is a rare professional that lets you know when he is going to arrive, then arrives on time (!) and provides fast, efficient, thorough AND friendly service.HIGHLY recommend

Installed my blinds and did not give me charger for the automated blinds. Contacted support and paid call out fees only to have no one fix anything. No updates. No response on emails. The worst customer service I have seen in Australia where they don’t respond despite taking money for call out. I have never been so disappointed by anything.

Ordered an Awning back in August of 2022..... and still waiting! It has been an absolute disaster from the beginning. Kresta have made no attempt to take the initiative and keep me informed on where my order stands I have had to call Kresta Mentone continually over the course of five months to find out where/when to expect the thing to be installed. Of course, to expect a call from the place is apparently an overreach....email responses are all one gets. Further, I was initially quoted with a price and then hit me with an additional $1400 after I paid the deposit. The receptionist was unpleasant to deal with after the fact and seemed put out that I dared to question her on why I was misquoted. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere - that's my advice based on the experience with Krestra MentoneHowever.... the saga Continues

From Admin to Installation, stress free, professional, on time, 100% quality. Luke who installed our sheer folds and blinds throughout a whole new build house was the best tradesman I've ever encountered, paid attention to every detail and finished to perfection (faultless). Thanks to Sonja and the whole team...Legends! 100% recommendation!!!! ordered shutters for the bathroom window and made the mistake of having my husband meet the guy who measured. It took more than 6 months for the shutters to be made and installed. I didn't like the shutters that were installed and contacted Kresta to be told that they couldn't be changed. I can't upload the photo. I was told that the shutters are not designed to be opened out. When they are opened they do not sit flat against the wall. It makes the bathroom very dingy. Terrible advice from the salesman. Who in their right minds would recommend such a poor design.
