Had a wonderful shopping experience in the store, the lady in the store was very helpful and friendly, she's very thoughtful and organized everything for us. Great service nice products definitely recommended :)

My partner and I went here just last week to buy a rug, we got excellent customer service and help from a staff member named Naam! She was helpful and so easy to talk to. We asked for advice for colours, sizes and shapes for our house and it was just so refreshing to get this sort of help in a store. She wasn't pushy or invasive as some sales people can be. They didn't have a kitchen runner that we really wanted and she ordered it in for us. I didn't get the other staff members name that were there, sorry, but they were helpful and friendly to have a chat to! We will be back in the future for sure. We love our rugs, they're beautiful and the price is worth it. We were excited to come back to pick up our runner that we took a photo of our lounge room rug and just had to show her! Thank you Naam for being so helpful and wonderful to us! Defs recommend these guys! x

After rug shopping for hours finally walked in and found two I liked - took two pictures to send to my mum to choose between to purchase one and then got berated by staff for taking a photo ? What insanity is that, it’s 2021 how can you not allow photos? Just going to the website doesn’t show any of the rug details. Don’t recommend going here

We walked in to browse and were met with incredibly warm and friendly staff. We were showed some beautiful rugs and found something that was understated and perfect for our home. Will definitely be be returning when we need more floor coverings.

Very rude girl in customer service which she don’t know how to talk from the time I entered in this shop. And no refund policy of Cyrus rug is kind of monopoly. Never return again. And never suggest some one to buy from this place. Stay away as far as you can.

I love my rug, and the service and assistance making the right choice was exceptional.
