Thoroughly profession and friendly. We needed pest control treatment for our new home before we started moving in and Ross was the first and quickest back with a quote and information that suited our requirements. He booked us straight in on a prior cancellation and was there the next day, on time and did fantastic job and gave excellent advice on pest prevention as well.Excellent value for money. We highly recommend him.

The company I had originally booked cancelled early morning the day they were to attend. Contacted Ross who squeezed the job in last minute, he made a suitable time and then contacted as he could arrive earlier which was great.Ross was professional, had an easy going feel about him and had no issues working around me working from home. He explained everything that he was going to do and what to expect over the next couple of weeks.Couldn't believe our luck that from one company not coming we scored Ross AND he was also cheaper than the original company.I have already put next years reminder into my phone to get Ross back.One very happy customer.
