The team were extremely professional and friendly. I went in looking for guidance after getting a new pool for Christmas and it had gone cloudy. I had been to Bunnings for help and it didn’t work at all. I went to Refreshing upon recommendation and the girls in the store completely fixed everything for me. I am now a loyal customer and highly recommend.

I am so impressed with the new owners. I also abandoned using Refreshing pools after many bad experiences with the previous owners. I am so glad that I am back using such a great business run professionally by the new owners. Nothing is too hard for them. They are happy and friendly. You walk in the door and you are greeted with a smile. The tradesman that come out are sensational! They take pride in their work. Garry came out today and fixed a problem easily. He is a great knowledgeable guy. If you need an expert to help you with your pool - make sure you use these guys!

the last 2 times we have gone in for a water test, the printer was not working.Having a printout which includes the detailed instructions for the actions/chemicals required is important.

First time experience of getting a pool. They whole crew was so lovely and helpful. It was a stress free process which was amazing and every single person who came to work at our house was super friendly and really nice. Have all ready recommended these guys to other people. I've had the best experience out of everyone I know who has gotten a pool done recently!!

Edit - After reading the response below from Refreshing.We have communication in writing by both email and text showing we cancelled the install not refreshing! As a matter of fact, after we cancelled Derek offered to still supply our pool shell which we declined. As far as abuse to their partners go I assume they are talking about Allcoast certification, again we have all communication with them in writing and there was no abuse. I simply asked why certification was not received and why an invoice sent and not received was not followed up on. All correspondence will be published in a blog and the link made available here. The below response just shows further how dishonest this company is.We have never come across a business with such poor communication. We were having a pool installed this week after waiting since February. After several delays due to the weather (understandable) the last delay only came to light two weeks ago when we followed up with Refreshing because we hadn’t heard anything from them. We were supposed to have someone on site this week to start the installation for a pool being delivered yesterday. Not a single phone call or communication letting us know they weren’t going to be doing it this week leaving our concreter, tiler and fencing trade’s inconvenienced yet again. The pool shell would have been sitting on our front yard for who knows how long. We were given the installers number by Refreshing and told by the owner Derek to call him direct. After speaking to the installer who didn’t have details of our job and couldn’t confirm any start date we were understandably very upset and frustrated, we then phoned Derek the owner back only to be hung up on twice and told to “put your manners back in”.After speaking to several other pool companies and understanding the process better we are lucky this installation didn’t go ahead. The lack of communication, rudeness and the fact that no contracts were ever provided led to us canceling and engaging a reputable company.

I would like to thank refreshing pools for their dedicated team both in the office and their techs in the field. The ladies in the office where so friendly and help full and when the gents arrived to clean the pool they had all equipment needed along with years of experience. I will now be using them on a monthly bases. I would recommend you give them a good
