It was a bad pedicure experience. After mentioning not to cut the cuticles. The lady made the side of my big toe bleed when she was cutting off a big chuck of my skin then put alcohol drops which made it sting very much. And almost cut my toe to bleed with nail clipper thank god it wasn’t sharp.Just felt she was not attentive and concentrate. It’s only this particular lady, and it’s not the first time she cut me to bleed. Everyone else’s job is fine.Also my very first time writing a review if it wasn’t this bad.

Cherie is an amazing business woman and an extremely experienced lash and nail technician. Her and her beautiful team go out of their way to make each customer feel special! I have gone to beautique for my lash extensions, waxing, acrylics, pedicures (the list goes on) and I have never been disappointed by their services. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new regular salon, you will always feel at home. Thank you BNB!

I had pedicure on Thursday 17 of February. Fiona cut my toe nails very deep and continued to do it even when I told her it was hurting. There was blood on my right toe. I got a massive infection and can’t wear closed shoes. I called this morning to let them know and there was not even an apology.

Got a full set of acrylic nails done here. Colour and shape was what I wanted, but two of my nail beds on two different fingers started bleeding mid-appointment. No acknowledgement of what happened, or offer to wash the blood off. The lady was not looking and had filed way too closely to my skin, making it bleed more than once. Even while she used the electric buffer, I flinched a few times when it actually hurt, which was ignored. A day after getting them done the nail beds still feel painful. The staff were not very friendly about the situation and the service in general. Don't waste your time or money.

Had the worst experience! It made me decide not to get nail polish any more.The woman over polished my nail and I had sharp pain twice. My nail felt like thin paper.No one apologised!Horrifying!

horrible place, horrible service. they left my nails looking chunky and gross and uneven. even the lady that did them for me said she hated them but refused to give me a refund and screamed at me for even asking to get them redone. THEY COSTED $80 so expensive for them to look ugly and fall off like a week later

Many thanks to Cherie and team on their constant attention to detail. I get all my waxing done here with ease and no pain. I am extra particular with my eyebrows and Cherie always makes them look perfect (and not over plucked). My nieces and I really enjoy the mani+pedis here too with a huge nail colour choice. With great operating hours I know I can always get an appointment. Thank you ladies, keep up the great work.
