It should not take 2 hours and 50 minutes to drop off a sample please review your sign in and waiting procedures so people dropping off a sample do not need to wait behind those getting blood taken

My experience was positive, pathologist was pleasant and efficient, a lot of people there early at 8am, they were politely advised if they did not want to wait the afternoons were generally quiet.
