Adam is a humble man with a great mind, his company is helping the planet and the future become more sustainable. The companies customer service is also wonderful as I've had personal experiences and installations myself, the process is very easy and granted reduction of your carbon footprint. Would rate 10* but 5s the limit haha, keep on killing it out there Smart Energy !!

Not really pleased that when I requested a paper copy of the terms and conditions to read, to be able to authorise the work, as it is too small and difficult to read using my phone the paper work was never sent. I am unsure if you got the installer to do the signing at the end of the job, as he was helping to set up the app, and asked for a digital signature, of which I did not read as I thought it was about the app. Not really sure what I signed.

Sarah your representative called into my house to explain Solar Panels to me. She was very friendly and I liked her instantly. She explained everything to me and I ended up signing for Solar then and there. She continued to keep in touch with me until my Solar was installed. The installers of my solar panels were very efficient and had them installed in no time. I would recommend Smart Energy to everybody.

From our first meeting, with Adam whose depth of knowledge was evident and his ability to explain all aspects of Smart Energy's package was outstanding.The Installers were extremely efficient - our old panels and the new system installed in within 3 hours.We are extremely happy with the system and would highly recommend to any end user thinking of installing a solar panel system.

Everything went smoothly. I was kept informed all the way. I received emails and calls to ensure things were going ok and informed of each stage of process.The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, neat and tidy.A big thank you to Reuben who looked after me from start to finish.He took care of everything and was very friendly and helpful. It was great chatting with him.
