Avi is a wonderfull person . My experience in dealing with him is a+. Did what he said he was going to do. Easy to talk to and always willing to help get a problem sorted. I will absolutely use their services again.

The most negligent, forgettful" downright lazy real estate. Never gave ANY written notice. I've never received a form 9 from these people and they've entered the property multiple times. We move out in a few days and they have not sent us a single form or asked us a single question. That's OK as we are LEAVING. but will we get our bond back immediately I do not believe so. Absolutely terrible real estate. So neglectful

Unfortunately there is no zero star rating. They deserve a Zero. Worst real-estate agents that I have ever come across by far.

This was the worst home buying experience, even my solicitor said she couldn't believe the unprofessionalism of it all. I was using an authority to act on my behalf and they completely disrespected that and ignored when my authority said no and called me to try to guilt trip me to push back settlement on an issue that was caused by promising me one thing and the seller another. Once settlement was finally done I feel like they couldn't care less about my concerns and couldn't even be bothered to confirm that the seller who clearly didn't want to leave was out or her possessions were out (which they weren't, place was left a tip). Would never work with them again. This made buying my first house a horrible experience.Edit: the seller clearly came during the night after our first day of clearing stuff out so when we got told she handed over all the keys (of which there were 30) that was a lie

The principal of this place Avi is quite simply an offensive human being. He tried to use a criminal act that happened to me to his own end. I would not let him near any females with this attitude, maybe its genetic?Add that to him being the principal of a REA that just does nothing except ignore basic repairs whilst lying about them you must full well realise that this person is more likely to rip you off than help youI do not mean to push cliched stereotypes but Avi... you fit the bill perfectly

Worst experience dealing with this real estate. If you call their office during opening hours, they do not answer, if you do somehow manage to speak with a call operator they are limited to helping with enquirys or providing information that is not available. Absolutely waste of time.

Worst real estate ever maintenance was never done every house in unliveable avi does not care as long as he gets his money funny thing every single tenant is in arrears because he has be taking tenants money also avi has no respect for women he dies not like to be proven wrong. Avi and team do not obey the law sent no emails for bond top ups can never reach them at all I would never rent from a dodgy stealing real estate
