I put my car in for service on 10th of July at 10:15am. I was told by Audi that a recall had been due and your company had contacted me with a date and time to have my car 'flushed'. I asked approximately how long this would take and was told about an hour and depending on the car being worked on in front of me....so I figured about 3 hours max. I explained to them that I had to pick my daughter up at Yeppoon school at 3. After 3 hours at Stocklands, I phoned and they said they will need the car until after hours and they could come get me and give me one of their cars so I could pick up my daughter at 3pm in yeppoon after school. 4:30 that afternoon they call to say they needed my car overnight and the next morning???? A driver delivered my car the next morning to Yeppoon, just in time for an important job with an empty tank of fuel!!! Use my fuel and inconvenience me to the max...I've noticed at reception that you offer espresso coffee, soft drinks, papers and it's all about service...but until you can deliver proper service, you have nothing. At no stage in this encounter was I offered an explanation or an apology.My husband and I have no need for your service any more, we would rather travel the distance to Brisbane for a good service.

Absolutely amazing service and we LOVE our new car!! Dan went above and beyond to help us out with our new Tiguan and we couldn't be happier. We drove straight past our local dealer and traveled 400km just for the service we get in Rockhampton. See you in about 5 years for the next one :D

Worse service ever. From the start when we purchased our vehicle , we had to phone and follow up. My car has had a recall for the navigation. I have left numerous messages and they don’t even bother giving me a call back. Rather go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration.

I bought a car through Rockhampton Autos. Was originally stuffed around by the salesman. Since owning the car I have had a problem with it shuttering.. Was told to book it into Dc motors to have a look at the car as they are the Nissan dealership in Rockhampton and find out what was wrong. This was a month ago. Found out it was a problem with the Transmission and it needed replacing/fixing. Last Monday I dropped my car off to Dc motors to have it looked at again and hopefully get it fixed. Dc motors has been the only ones communicating the problem with the car and it’s not their warranty issue. Volkswagen have been an absolute joke. Melanie has been dealing with my case since the problems have started and has been an absolute joke to deal with. She has no communication skills nor does she look into things when she has told her customer she is doing so. They are trying to put off paying for my warranty issue trying to push the bill off to Nissan. They have dragged this issue out. Car was bought from Rocky Autos second hand. Therefore warranty is their problem. Have since spoken to them today and was told this could be fixed tomorrow or in 12 months time. For this time period I have been left without a car. I have requested a hire care in the meantime and have been told it’s something we have to look into, no definite answer. Customer service is a joke. No wonder they have a bad wrap.

My partner bought me a surprise used VW Arteon with the advertised approx. 48,000klm, picked it up with 51,000 km on the dash. Unfortunately, I didn't know what the original km's were. After this was raised with them and sales documentation referenced, they shrugged it off as a simple clerical error. Lame excuse for joyriding after the vehicle had been purchased.Drove it off the lot with tyre pressure warnings immediately and was advised to reset. Did that and the other tyre pressure warning lights came on. No further interest from the dealership in rectifying this matter.Did less than 2,000 klms and then the alternator blew up, (the car actually caught on fire). The car was stuck in the automatic car wash and had to be towed out. We were stuck there for 3 hours with 2 small children as we had to plan how to get out due to the height of the tow truck. All at a cost to us. Then the warranty that was the statutory 3 month warranty didn't get claimed on, but then miraculously pushed us onto Presidian (our extra warranty we purchased and only due to kick in this Sept).Long story short, we've been without our car for 7 weeks. Have no idea where it's at (apparently VW Emerald) , how much longer it will be, no courtesy car offered, been paying repayments on a car we don't have....and when we complain...they offer us a trade in of $15,000 less than we paid 3 months ago with only less than 2,000 klms difference. No interest in providing us with an update on the status of repair. My partner made numerous phone calls. The dealership manager returned calls twice, however, had no interest in chasing up the status of repair. He was happy to shift the onus onto Emerald VW even though the vehicle was purchased through Rockhampton VW.The only call we've received was when we called vw directly to complain about the poor service and we spoke to a lovely Indian man who was extremely professional and helpful. Vw Rockhampton called (first time ever they've made a proactive call) to see if it was a scam or not due to the Indian accent. There has been no further communications and we still don't know where our car is, how much longer it will be and still repaying a car we don't have. When VW asked how we'd like this resolved, we stated that we'd like to return the vehicle at no financial loss, Rockhampton VW simply refused saying that the discrepancy in km's were a clerical error. Obviously they completely discarded the woeful follow up customer service and this is the norm for them.I am complaining here, hoping someone takes us seriously and warning anyone purchasing a used vehicle of buyer beware! We have also advised that we'll be escalating this complaint but they're obviously not too concerned. Business is clearly going well and customer service is the last thing on their mind.

I booked the Golf at 8am on 9 Sept 2020 for regular servicing with delivery by 12 noon. I had to call them at 1.30pm just to find out they have not done the service. Hurriedly it was serviced without washing or cleaning and handed the car at 2.30pm ! They have no courtesy to say sorry for bungling the times.

Dropped in to have a quick look at the new Amarok. No one came out to talk us. Car was open when we got there and a staff member locked it in front of us and did not ask us if we needed help. I guess they don't want to sell cars.

Excellent service from the spare parts division, both the very friendly and helpful front desk to the service crew, were wonderful. I was hesitant to get my car serviced there because of a bad experience from a unrelated dealer in Brisbane, but I eventually did, and they were amazing. No dearer then a regular mechanic. They picked up on everything that I knew about (rat chewed light wire etc) while several other mechanics in Rockhampton had not found any of the minor flaws, just did a basic service and sent me on my way. Rockhampton Prestige is the only place I will be bringing my car from now on, love them!

Bought a new car from the dealership, despite living 600km away. Service and support was fantastic. Staff were willing to answer any questions I had. And the car is great!
