O'Briens delivered our custom wine racks from the manufacturer in Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast Qld without a hitch and the units arrived in great condition - great driver unpacked and delivered the units - very friendly and professional.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Flat out denied me access to clear out my storage pod on a Saturday which was the only opportunity I had to travel the 150kms to collect my belongings. Which meant I had to take a day off work mid week to travel to Wagga to get access to my belongings. I called 4 times on the Monday to arrange for me to clear my things out and no answer or call back. I called twice the following day with no answer again. I had to call the company in Melbourne to arrange this. On the day, I called to confirm and finally my call was answered but he was very rude. Was loading my furniture onto the truck and he turned up and was ranting about how we should be loading our furniture onto the truck ourselves which we did with the first pod but we were waiting for the second pod with my furniture to be opened up (which was the wrong pod) so we could continue to load my furniture by ourselves. Some of my furniture has scratches and dints in them from them jamming it into the pod with no care for damaging my property. Disgraceful company to deal with.

O’Brien’s Removals were a life-saver! Having a ‘national’ company let us down, Dave stepped in at the last minute and stuck with us during the whole COVID house move. Ours was a big move, 3 and 1/2 containers, 650 kms with some special requirements all during Lockdown. Dave, Jeremy, Josh and the whole team were friendly, respectful, hard working and could not have done more to help. O’Brien’s are a bigger company than you might think and were capable of meeting our every need plus some! Couldn’t fault them, very happy customers.
