The Good Guys Fyshwick

Bought a TV, went to pick it up. Was told there was none left but I could pay more for a ‘better’ TV. Very poor customer service. No apology either

Worst store to buy off. We ordered and paid nearly $13000.00 worth of appliances for our new house and arranged for delivery on a specific date nearly 5 weeks prior. Had organised our site manager to be on-site to receive the delivery and our electrician was also booked to be at the property the following day. Our goods didn’t show up with no communication from to store as to why. I have tried calling the store manager and he is always busy and doesn’t take the call. Staff in the store basically said they will reschedule the delivery for the following week. They take no accountability for this and basically said it’s my problem to deal with. I have cancelled the order and am waiting for my money to be returned and will buy from someone that’s trustworthy and reliable.

To be honest I'm suprised at all these reviews with bad delivery experiences. These guys have always delivered in a timely manner and even expedited certain deliveries on request. They also patiently helped me when the online shopping system had messed up my order. Can't fault them.

Shocking customer service. Attempted to purchase a fridge and waited in line for staff service. I was then totally ignored and a man who arrived after me was served. Waited for staff service again and finally caught the attention of another staff member. He greeted us and then said he had to get a box and would be back shortly. He was halfway back with his box and then proceeded to serve another man and take off. I walked out without purchasing a fridge after waiting over 30 minutes for service from any staff member.

Wish I had read the reviews before setting foot into this store!Oma apparently a new staff member. Honestly had the worse customer service skills I've ever seen in the retail industry. He didn't listen or ask questions on my needs. Multiple times he spoke over me, even when I told him I was leaving due to his poor interaction and customer service skills. No product knowage at all... Although he said he specialised in kettle's".I understand new staff require training and this isn't all on Oma. Management need to address this.Before storming out the store.. due to the bad customer service. I did interact with Sahill who was had some knowage but again lacked sales training.Management def need to improve and work on staffs knowage

I bought a display that had some weird technical quirks that meant it didn't suit the reason I bought it. Whilst I could have bought 3rd party products to switch off certain things, Jamie and (Diah, Dia, Deah, sorry I didn't catch the spelling of your name!) were quite understanding and helped with a return instead. Thanks so much team.

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a nutrbullet. The lid seal failed and not only would they not give me a lid under warranty they wouldn’t sell me a lid separately. They said I had to buy a whole new NutriBullet. They didn’t provide any parts or service for the product they sell.
