Great store our fridge packed up on Saturday and a new one delivered in two hours can not give enough praise for customer service. The staff were very friendly and helpful did not push for the sale. Will shop there again. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks again for everything.

We bought a fridge from here on back order, it took a little longer than expected, but the constant communication from staff was amazing, and they even delivered it to Gawler for us. Thanks for such great service

I have shopped at Barossa Betta Home Living a number of times over recent months for different things and on each occasion have found the service first rate - outstanding. Each time I was served by someone different and had the same excellent service regardless. They are friendly, professional and courteous. If there was something I wanted that they couldn't help with the advise given was very helpful. My husband has said he experienced the same when he has shopped there and was very pleased too.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! By far the absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. We were served by an employee named Gary Johnson. He is the rudest, most incompetent and lazy customer service worker I have ever came across. He acted in such an unproffesional manner right from the beggining. Avoid this place at all costs! Will NEVER EVER shop at this place again. They also make you PAY full price for floor stock and have an attitude problem when you ask them to pack a product up correctly to transport it home. If you're looking for a positive shopping experience do NOT shop here!!!

Was told by salesman item would recieve a cashback Visa voucher if purchased. Sticker was on item. Received a 5% discount because I had to take floor stock. Manager very unhelpful. Apparently I should read the fine print and not trust his sales team.Employ sales people older than 17! Won't shop there again! Terrible customer service.
