Just wanted to say how much you appreciate Saddingtons driver bringing the mulch in a smaller truck. The original delivery truck would not fit up the driveway. The delivery guy was so nice and saved us lots of extra heavy lifting.

waiting 2 months for a door to be installed they have been paid in full, i keep phoning to tell them our forklift is stuck inside. Worst communication i have ever got nobody lets you know whats going on. i was promised from payment 3 weeks its now 2 months and im still phoning them to find out whats going on.

I would give zero star if possible. The big crack between the garage door and it’s frame led to mice problem every year in our property. The cracks on both sides are about 10-15 cm in width. They just can’t install a garage door properly.

I engaged Saddingtons to fix our broken garage door. They replaced the door ok but ignored the motor and motor track. They told me it didn't need replacing. Turns out it does. Two return visits have happened and it still doesn't work properly. Seems they lack the expertise or desire for successful customer outcomes.

what a pack of oxygen thieves... roller door motor blew up & that's where the nightmare began.. called them to install new motor but it never worked..after 4 attempts at fixing it over 6 weeks of not being able to close the door the boss man told us we needed a new door (as if !!!) i asked him multiple times to send someone else but he wouldn't..it was time to call someone else..called HUNTER VALLEY GARAGE DOORS & they fixed it in 30 minutes & has been working perfectly since...DO NOT USE SADDINGTONS BROADMEADOW as they lied multiple times about appointments, couldn't fix a simple alignment issue & tried to sell us a new door.. what a pack of Muppets !!!!

My double panel lift door suddenly jammed as it was opening and one side fell out of the track, leaving it hanging dangerously. I rang Saddos and spoke to Michael who immediately prioritised my job because he could understand my predicament. Two of the boys arived within half hour and calmly assessed the situation and then with exceptional courage and strength managed to lift it back into a lockup stage. Excellent work. Great blokes all round.

Needed the wires replaced & repaired on one of our garage doors. Rang Saddingtons and they sent out Peter who arrived earlier than the time I was advised of. He was very efficient. Replaced the wires, oiled all the hinges & serviced the door plus also checked & serviced the other double garage door while he was here. Very impressed with his service. Would highly recommend him & Saddingtons. Thank you.
