We have a five storey building in South Perth which had several water ingress issues. Using a range of permanent fixing techniques, Eddie and the Stable Commercial team systematically addressed all of the problem areas that ranged from minor to significant. I was impressed that Eddie was always quick to respond to phone calls and followed-up almost immediately with workers on site. His team seemed knowledgeable, especially, Cosimo, Matt and Martin who were outstanding. The father-son team of Cosimo and Matt were very professional, always maintaining a clean and unobtrusive work environment in providing timely repairs of the highest order; whilst Martin was outstanding at locating areas of water ingress in spaces which were difficult to access. This was an multi-faceted job and Eddie put a professional and highly skilled team to deal with its intricacies. Stable Commercial’s commitment to excellence was evident throughout and we are very happy with the result. Should the need arise, we would have no problem enlisting the services of Stable Commercial again.

Eddie from Stable Commercial is very knowledgeable, and offers great solutions to our building needs. Ed did a great job for us over the last few weeks starting with assessing our problems, suggesting some structural engineers to contact for further assessment and following up on them contacting us and us being happy with their work.The actual renovation work Ed and his team did for us was done very quickly, very well and looks great. Stable Commercial replaced four ageing concrete driveways at our small strata complex in July 2020, installing much-needed soakwells and other drainage systems at the same time. The driveways were cracked and starting to collapse in places, and had become a safety hazard, while their steepness and lack of integrated drainage caused problems when it rained. This was an enormous undertaking which took us eight years to save for, but the owner of Stable, Ed Ostler, explained each step of the process in great detail in the quote he supplied, listened to our concerns and patiently answered further questions, both before we accepted the quote and while the work was being carried out. The project was completed efficiently over a couple of weeks, and the new driveways have definitely improved the appearance of the complex, as well as solving the associated safety and drainage issues.I really felt I could trust Ed's advice after the positive experience of the replacement of our strata driveways and asked if he would be able to recommend someone to do some paving work for me. He organised three of his team at Stable to provide quotes, and I chose Ronnie Van Wanrooij, whose enthusiasm and practical suggestions made me confident enough to go ahead with a large project that included repaving my front path and areas at the back and side of my unit (≈65m² in total), as well as installing 3 soakwells, two small limestone retaining walls and a low limestone wall/border to prevent the couch grass on the verge from invading my front garden beds.The work was completed over a couple of weeks in November and I am absolutely delighted with the results. This was an expensive project for me, but it was well worth the investment, transforming the appearance of my home and making the outside areas so much more appealing. I'd like to thank Ronnie and Carlo for all their hard work. They were a pleasure to have around the place: cheerful, enthusiastic and tidy, and I would recommend Ronnie's skills to anyone.

We used Eddie Ostler of Stable Commercial to re-landscape our back garden. He did a fantastic job,. He chose some easy-care plants that have transformed our garden and made the outlook and feel of the garden so much better. Eddie was prompt and was able to give good advice as to how to best re-do our garden to create what we needed.

I am the owner of a Unit in a Strata Complex in Claremont.Recently we have had extensive renovations to our property including new fencing, painting, driveway, 2 new carports, a new car bay, paving, drainage and a limestone wall.Our Strata Managers chose Ed Ostler, Stable Commercial as our builder.The renovations took 7 week to complete and during that time I found the team to be professional, friendly and efficient.Brent removed old and installed new jarrah fencing around the whole complex. He worked tirelessly for most of the 7 weeksDarren who worked on all the paving and a limestone wall was very approachable and I am very happy with the end result.Ed Ostler, the Manager was always available for any queries and there was always a prompt response to any issues that arose however small.The end result has transformed the appearance, value and practicability of our Units.I would highly recommend Ed Ostler and his team to anyone withbuilding problems.

Our Strata Council hired Stable Commercial this year to fix some Concrete Cancer and Water Ingress Issues in our Apartment Complex.We are extremely pleased with the standard of the work. We also appreciate that they are willing to come out and fix an issue if there is a need. They were very professional and had good work ethics. We would highly recommend their services.

We used Ed and his team to do a complete rehabilitation project on our pool, including replacing part of the concrete wall, completely replacing tiles with new mosaics, removing a wood board surround and replacing with concrete specially selected to blend with existing polished concrete, install reticulation for potplants, replacing a glass pool gate and hinge, and restorative external painting to wooden beams and galvanized beams. This was a major job with lots of different trades. The project was coordinated, the trades were high quality and extremely respectful, and as tidy as trades can be. There were no cost surprises, and the job was done on time. Now we have a pool that is literally better than it has ever been, it looks like new. I would recommend Ed to anyone contemplating a difficult project.
