the girl with pink hair stands at the computer all day i was in the store for over an hour and she didnt leave it not once or say hello to me, i came back to look at something a little later and she was still at the computer & still no hello. gladly one of the other girls working greeted me both times.

Monday 8 Feb, 11amI just got out of the store feeling so mad. I was looking to buy one of the kimonos when one of the retail staff suddenly walked in front of me and said ‘excuse me’ in an aggressive manner. I felt disrespected as I wasn’t doing anything wrong and I was with my daughter. We were both shocked and just left. Very disappointing customer service!

Friday 12/3/2021.The lady who was on today was on her phone half the time we were in store. Then she went into the store room and was on the phone. We stood at the counter waiting for her to come out and serve us! At one stage she was standing in a change room on the phone.

I was there today(Tuesday 12:50pm)to buy some stuff, was pretty empty shop..at the end i paid cash lady at the counter didn’t even smile or say hello, just scanned my stuffs and put it on table didnt ask if i need bags too. Didn’t even say bye., Full of attitudes of sale girl no smile and no care of customers… never come back
