Amazing experience! We were taken care of fantastic team. Our first time there, starting Secondary College in 2021 everything is a little stressful. Ladies were professional, knew the sizes straight away & very pleasant. We were done in 15 minutes. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Every time I go into this shop to pickup uniform pieces for my teenager the staff are grumpy, and borderline rude.I try to be smiley and get them to cheer up maybe crack a joke...but nothing.This is not a one time experience, it is the same everytime I go in, and I need to go in at least twice a year (someone keeps growing).My son even mentioned that his female mates have found the staff rude, one staff member even commented on the sizes she was purchasing in relation to her body.Management must do something about the staff. Not a good retail experience

Mentone girls secondary college.The summer dresses are made way to short for the girls.The track pants are made to tight and my child is very slim.I can only think it’s a cost savings on materials.We used this shop for our primary school and that uniform was the right proportions for the children.

I was in this shop twice. First time the lady (sales person) was very helpful and friendly. Second time sale person (different one) was extremely rude. Very grumpy face. When she asked me if we needed something else, I said No and continued talking to her when she turned her back and walked away from me. She was constantly watching us (me and my baby in a pram) like we were trying to steal something? Although we were staying on the same place (next to changing room) and didn't touch anything. Again with very grumpy face. When my daughter finished trying clothes on (she tried 2 different sizes of pants), I gave both sizes to sales lady (told her which pants we take and which not). We came up to the cashier and she asked me what size we are taking... I can't tell it's professionalism.I understand everyone might have a bad day, but if you're working in a customer service, you suppose to behave accordingly. Especially this uniform shop is not a chip one, parents paying lots of money. It was very negative experience.

The opening hours aren’t very accomodating. At least a 5.00 finish on the weekdays would be better than 4.30 for after school service and opening on a Fri and later on a Sat would be helpful. With after school activities and drop offs and Sat morning activities it’s hard to find a convenient time to shop.

Went in today with my son and I must say the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'm very impressed with their services and product knowledge. Spacious store and uniforms are well set out and clearly labelled.

Not always enough larger sizes available. ie 14+ Not enough selection for girls who want to wear trousers and shorts. Ended up with male shorts and trousers :( Opening hours could be extended to accommodate working parents. Open later , close later.

The hours are very difficult for working parents ( not all items cam be posted). Some are the staff are lovley but anothers are really rude. I dread having to pick up the uniform from here to be honest. Im writing this review so that perhaps they read it, or management reads it and they can evaluate and change.
