Thankyou Hastings Thinkwater,I am not a plumber, at best I am a weekend handyman warrior, (a recently retired desk jockey)I also now a Grey Nomad and our caravan is stored at the business next door to you.On our last trip we suffered some damage to the caravan’s plumbing when a rock took out our water tank outlet, destroying the fitting and the ball valve.So I took my problem to your store where I found Lee and Michael who talked me through the options and gave me the confidence to fix it myself. It took four trips to your store to get more advice and fine tune some connections, but the upshot now it is all fixed.Lee and Michael were brilliant. Sound, commonsense advice, which they kept simple for a complete novice like myself. I was amazed at their generosity and customer service which was way above any that I have encountered at any sort of store or office.They were friendly and patient problem solvers, (despite my multiple visits and relentless questions), and always smiling. For goodness sake, they even let me borrow one of their cutting tools to make it even easier for me.So, I thought it appropriate to not just let lit slide, but actually send some positive feedback about my whole experience.
