Owner starts off nice and quite pleasant - but very quick to put blame on everyone but himself, cant be wrong ever - horrible people skills when under pressure. Front office lady needs a medal for putting up with him.

Doing a renovation at my place and these guys have been great! They came to our house to do a quote gave us plenty of options and let use take tiles home to see how they look in our home. Great local business working hard for the customer. There aren't many businesses like this left anymore

We have been looking for tiles for our kitchen and bathroom for over a year. The owner helped us to find both. One of those places that are filled with stock... not a fancy showroom with three or four displays. The owner knows his tiles he is very knowledgeable not a salesperson. He has an interesting and extensive range of clay and porcelain tiles in different sizes in stock. Do yourself a favour and look there.

We recently had carpet laid in our bedrooms and what a beautiful professional job Wade did, the carpet looks fabulous. He is from the old school " and works with skill and speed. There seems to be a lot of negative comments here, but I can only say about what we experienced.We had been searching for a particular type of kitchen tile and had been to most tile suppliers in Cairns with no success. Going to Traditional Tiles was a bit of a 'Last resort', but glad we did. Their range was significantly larger and more diverse that most other shops. We settled on a grey 'subway' tile that had the rippled effect but the best news was that Traditional Tiles had them in stock and they were half the price of most others we had looked at. Then, the icing on the cake was that they recommended a tiler for us and he turned out to be exceptional and reasonably priced as well. Our kitchen splash back is now complete and it looks awesome. Thanks June and 'Jar' the tiler.
