Love this store redid all my indoor lighting fixtures great value and selection super helpful friendly staff

Everything we've wanted has generally not been in stock but, they work with us to order it and push for the delivery to be within a certain time frame that we needed.

Steer ClearPaid $500 for a Bali ceiling fan from Munno Para Beacon. Thinking I was paying for a quality product from a quality supplier. WRONG on both counts.Before purchase I specifically asked how long the 'extension tube' was as i needed to clear an exposed rafter, was told it was 300mm .. Got home it hit thre rafter as it was only 150mm. After another trip to Beacon to get an extension and reappointing the electrician we finally got it hung only to discover the light works but the fan doesn't actually operate. Now rather than take back the faulty unit they expect me to report on line, then take a day off work so their" electrician can come see it not working.Should have paid $100 at Bunnings and got service and a fan that works."

Lynne was great to speak with. Their electricians great to deal with. Fans installed quickly. So far so good. Very happy.

Friendly staff, lots of different styles of lighting. What we bought they didn't have in stock but they ordered it (at the sale price) and will text when ready. Can't be easier than that.

There are heaps of different varieties so sometimes difficult to decide. In munnopara store they don't have enough staff to help you so better go to Gepps Cross. Highly recommended but avoid munnopara store. Thanks

Purchased a ceiling fan with LED lights for $460, 18 months later the power supply for the LED lights failed and was replaced under warranty, 12 months it failed again and is not covered by warranty, now I have to purchase a new power supply and have an electrician install it, LED lights are said to last 100,000 hours but it seems the power supply only lasts 12-18 months!

So much lovely lighting i was confused about which to purchase so im here every week untill i decide what i want prices are affordable and customer service at its best.
