Tickets are very expensive compare to other agents, I got exactly same ticket $283 cheaper than what they quoted me. They said I have to pay only fare difference but when I enquired about the change they asked me to pay around $100+ Admin fee per person.Which I went through different agency I paid $80 less per person.I won’t recommend this to my friends.Not good anymore.. may be they have got lots of customers or poor management.

One of the worse travel agent I ever encountered. Specially Archana Shrestha, she wasn’t helpful at all. She seems just too busy to response to any phone calls and emails. I even double checked with her about tickets and was told once we get itinerary, we shouldn’t be worried. But she made my wife, who came to Australia for the first time and had connecting domestic flight, had to wait in the ticket counter just because Archana didn’t issue her ticket. And I had to call Archana several times and end r up paying $180 instead of $50 for the ticket. Not recommended at all.

We were trying to get last minute tickets during the festive season, and had issues with dates, Merina who took care of us was an absolute legend, she helped us thorough multiple bookings n date changes and was very patient with us thoroughout the process, have recommended her services since then.

Recently purchased ticket with them , Call me everyday until they get the payment for the flight and malaysia retimed the flight so i didnt know what to do , called back the travel agency, told me they will fix it in few days, always promise to call you back , but you endup calling them 1000 times still not fixed. i had to call back Kabita few days before the flight to remind again. no customer service , no customer respectHaven't seen any worst travel agency than this , please don't go with these money hungry people

Looking at google reviews seems I am not the only one who had bad customer service experience with Buddha Travels.In a nutshell if you are dealing with refund/any case. Communicate in email, send call conversation summary email to them right after any call you made or received.I was told on the phone my refund would only be $40(yes forty not a typo!) that changed right after I started email communication and refund was applied only after case was escalated to fair trade.Airlines confirmed refund was done in April 2021, agent didn’t bother to tell me on received refund until I called them in July, even after my call it took them additional 16 days to confirm and say yes refund was received.After year and half got my refund $1049.70 VS initial told only $40.I would not deal with them ever again and would not recommend to anyone.

I had my worst customer service nightmare with them. Very unprofessional and worst customer service. I got my ticket before COVID pandemic for flight on April 2020 but airlines cancelled the flight. I recently got all refunds back and it took me nearly 1 year to get the refund. They kept telling me airline haven't done the refund yet, but when I called airlines, they told it will take 3 months to process the refund. I had to call and email several times to receive a response from them. They mentioned $50 service fees (in case of refund or cancellation) in their terms and condition while purchasing the ticket, but later one of the support person told me over the phone that the service fees will be increased to $75 (they seem to think that they can change it whenever they want). They might have a good deals on ticket, but I will rather pay more for better service. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone.
