Warning!!!Had 3 laptops and had them replace the old hard drives to ssd's and repair screens. Most importantly I asked for new copies of windows 10 and they charged me for this and they said they would install it for me for nothing, wow!. I was thinking that was nice BUT....Then few months later I happen to check my activation keys and they were the ones from the built in BIOS\ manufacturer and not a new activation key. They lied to me straight up. I am quite capable of installing win 10. I rang and asked about this to be lied to again.

I rarely review anything but I’ve brought my phone here twice for a couple of different reasons(new battery, screen repair) and could not be happier with my experience. He’s friendly knowledgable, fair efficient and does great work. If your phone needs help this is guy(Raj) to go to..

I was so very disappointed in the service and communication of this store and their complete lack of customer service.Took over 4 months to fix a cracked screen on my computer- Marked as an Urgent fix as I use this for work.First ordered wrong part, then waited another 4 months with no word. Went in myself asked if it was complete and it was there on the shelf- Received no call to say it was done. Remembering this was marked as URGENTWhen I voiced my disappointment of this service I got NOTHING back no apology no explanation NOTHING. I was horrified- Paid my $350 bill and left never to returnGot home and the entire front of the laptop was covered in greasy hand prints.Do not recommend this store at all!!!!

Prompt and professional! I've purchased from this store before, and I definitely will again! Highly recommend these guys for device repairs!!! Went there today with a question about my mobile, the worker didn't even hesitate, straight out the back and few minutes later I was on my way!!!

I went there to get my Samsung phone fixed and it only took 10 mins. As it is needed to clean and dry out as the phone went wet and can't be charged. I thought they will charge me at least 50 dollars but it ended up for free. Can't be happier more. Top rate service and very professional people work there. I will recommend to anyone who needs the service.

Awesome service, very helpful. Having teenagers that drop / break their phones so often, I Used a few times now with both Samsung and iphone always great and price is super reasonable. My husbands charger port wasnt working and they sprayed it gave it a clean for nothing. Very honest, they could of charged us for it but didnt. Highly recommend. And doubt be using them again with teenagers and phones. Thank u!

I experienced horrible customer service a Technology Traders Capalaba. I took my laptop in with a few issues, was explained it would be fixed for me by the next afternoon as I needed it for assignments. When I called the following afternoon to make sure it was ready, staff told me there was a delay on the service for another day with no apology.When I finally was able to pick my laptop up and the service provided was not what was explained to me by the customer service assistant. A man who I assume is the manager stated what I was saying was hearsay and refused a refund or to fix the issues with the laptop. He was argumentative and rude throughout the whole process. Would never return or recommend to others.

Great place! Super friendly staff. I took my phone in for a screen repair. Staff was very helpful and fast. I dropped my phone off and ran a few errands. It was ready in 30 min. I also got the screen protector. Reasonable price..Screen & repair was $105. Definitely recommend! Thanks Dan
