Dedant was easy to deal from the first enquiry phone call right through to the last steps. Stephen the inspector was unreal and obviously has a wealth of knowledge and experience in his fields. He did an extremely thorough inspection and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand (I had zero knowledge in building/pest). He said he would be more than happy for me to reach out with more questions down the track if need be. He made this part of the stressful house purchasing process a lot more relaxed. I had the full detailed report emailed to me the same evening. Very happy with Dedant and if I ever need another inspection done this is who I will be using.
