So glad we have made the switch to a locally run Australian company. We have transitioned from a large telco and will never go back. Paul has been super helpful with the change over process, being available on the phone at all hours to sort problems from the old provider. Set up has been really easy with everything arriving pre programmed, any changes needed are easy with a simple call or email. Good old fashioned service is back, no more call centres for me.

Real ICT have been absolutely amazing from the very first enquiry about what services are avaliable to the installation to the maintainance. They have very competitive rates with fantastic customer support, not just a great sales team like many companies.
