The proximity of shops and the accessibility of public transport from the apartments are a big plus. Train ride of 12 mins bring you straight to Flinders station. 6 min drive down the road and your smack in the city centre. I have been renting various places for a while now and I have to say the management in Cowper is far the most efficient. Repairs to defects and solutions to problems regarding the apartment is done within a day or two. The managers are always on point and always contactable. 5 stars for the apartment, 6 stars for the handling of tenants.
