Browco Brow & Lash Bar

I booked in to get my lash extensions done with Christine and they were the best set of lashes I’ve had in over two years. I didn’t have to go back for 3 weeks and still had significantly full lashes. Would highly recommend her as she is fast, friendly and provides great lash extensions!

Ashlee was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and very professional. I love my new lashes! I was so worried getting them for the first time but Ashlee was wonderful and knew exactly what to do. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. Last time I went all the lash glue was left out overnight with no lids.. they threw them all out to then realise they have no glue in stock so then pulled them back out of the bin and said “just shake them well” most of my eyelashes fell out the following day .. I went there to get my lashes fixed for half the price because they fell out the last time I went there.. I didn’t even bother complaining again seem like it’s an ongoing issue. ALL my natural lashes remain and I did not wash my lashes within the first 24 hours etc. Staff talk about one another in front of customers it’s super unprofessional. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

Georgia was lovely although the morning after getting my lashes done, I had SIGNIFICANT fall out. I went back in that afternoon to have Georgia fix them up, but I experienced the same fall out. Lashes coming off in stuck together clumps of 5-6 at a time with no natural lashes attached.I’ve tried to book in to have them fixed, although has been very difficult to try and co-ordinate as I’ve been told Dana (apparently the only decent technician at the store) finishes work before 3pm each day. Inconvenient as I paid $138 and one week after having them fixed, the fall out is beyond the infill stage and I’d need a new set - only 5-7 lashes left on each eye. I had a infill appointment (which I was still going to be charged for) that I’ve had to cancel because they are well past the point of getting infills, and I’m not paying for a new set after this experience.I’m very, very annoyed and disappointed, and will not be returning nor recommending brow co to anyone!!Disgusting to have paid so much to then not even get a full day, let alone a week, of lovely and full looking lashes. Easily the worst lash extensions I have ever received.

This was my first experience at Browco Kotara and it was fantastic. Yasodha was very welcoming and professional and also did and amazing job on my Brow Wax/Tint and Lash tint, I am extremely happy and will definitely keep coming back and having Yasodha look after me and make me feel so comfortable.

I can’t express enough how happy I am with the amazing service provided by yashodha at Kotara.Yasodha is fantastic and very professional. I can trust her completely doing my Eyebrows and lashes and it always looks amazing when its done by her Xx

The girls at Brow co-are always friendly and accommodating. This is the third time I've had my lashes done and this time Christine was my lash artist. She created the exact look that I requested.. I feel that people have unrealistic expectations as to how long lashes should last and perhaps I'm not aware of the appropriate care in maintaining them..

Yesterday while at Kotara I stopped by Browco to see if they had an appointment available. A staff member was doing make-up not more than 2 metres away from where my daughter and I were standing waiting to require. After several minutes of trying to catch her eye, I said “excuse me”. She totally ignored us and would not speak. I then noticed a small sign on the side table saying words to the effect that they were busy. We left. My 9-year old daughter said as we were leaving “oh my goodness, she just totally ignored us”. I said to my daughter “that is a fine example of how never to treat a customer”. We will never return. What a terrible way to conduct a business BrowCo.

i was happy with the result until i got a closer look realising that there were major gaps and extremely clustered in my inner corners i had booked in for a lavish hybrid definitely not lavish, was rushed, for $158 definitely not worth it. there’s unevenness and does not look symmetrical. i’ve had my lashes done before this and had never experienced any pain brushing up my lashes but with this set when i brush through my lashes i experience irritation. i was really looking forward to getting them done. how wrong was i.

I got an eyebrow wax and tint, in which i told the girl i didn’t want too much taken off only a clean up, tell me why half the front of my eyebrow was waxed off and i now have half an eyebrow. the lash lift lasted about 30 minutes until i got in the car, which they have now gone exactly to how they were before, the tint was wiped off 30 seconds after being applied, all for $158 dollars?! do not go there, it’s a total waste of your money, i am sooooo angry, $158 dollars poorer and missing half an eyebrow. i deserve a refund.
