Booked in my box late March 2021 and it arrived to destination 5 months after because of custom checks and quarantine. Conversed with their team via SMS as their phone line seems to only ring and no one answering. The tracking number wasn't working on their website. No one can take the time to even change the settings on the website so customers can track it themselves? On the week the box was supposed to arrive, no one wants to reply to my text messages even after 2 text messages within the week. I'm just glad the box arrived undamaged and the items wwre still inside the box. Area for improvement: update your website so we can track our package on our own and not bother your team with our unending follow up since no one seems to reply. 4 our of 5 stars review for now.

Very Disappointed! Sent air freight in the past using this courier and haven’t had issues until recently. We opted to use their airfreight service charged at $6/kg, that’s an extra $100 in comparison to using the sea freight service.Since they’re not able to pick up our box in our residence on a Sunday, they requested that we bring it to Manila Mart at Ryde- this is one of their agents and leave it there as they will be picking up all cargo from their agents prior to Friday which was the scheduled flight for PAL.We took our heavy boxes to Manila Mart on a rainy Monday as we wanted things to be sorted out ASAP. However, the owner at Manila Mart was unaccommodating and rude stating that he has spoken to the owner of Plus Cargo and confirmed that Plus Cargo will not be picking up parcels until Wednesday that week and informed us to better bring back the boxes to their store on the coming Wednesday. We did as the store owner asked as he states he cannot look after the parcels while it’s in his store.The following day, Tuesday, we brought back our boxes to Manila Mart just before store closing as we didn’t want to take any chances for the boxes to be left out if the pick-up day is Wednesday.Upon arrival to the store on Tuesday, the owner of Plus Cargo was loading up boxes to their delivery van. So if we had arrived on the Wednesday, we would have missed out.Plus Cargo owner informed us that they cannot accommodate our boxes as they have reached capacity. So why did they take so many bookings right?This was despite having a reservation for us that I have arranged with them weeks in advance. As frustrating as it is, we requested that they took our boxes and see what they can do if there are upcoming flights available besides it was only the 2nd week of November 2020 and I’m sure new flights from PAL wil be available for December 2020.3 Flights heading to Manila from Sydney were published by PAL for the month of December, we paid $226 for the 26kgs using airfreight to get our gifts to our family ahead of time or to be just in time for Christmas but unfortunately the airfreight service we paid on the 2nd week of November 2020 with Plus Cargo didn’t arrive to Baguio City until the 2nd of January 2021. It was meant to arrive on the 1st week of December.We sent another balikbayan box to the same address on the 3rd week of November 2020 using sea freight from Forex Cargo, paid $130 for 30ksgs and it arrived in on the 5th of January 2021. This was 3 days apart from the airfreight Cargo.We called PlusCargo numerous times to follow up on the status of our boxes, it’s either they don’t answer or they have an excuse, they even told us the truck had mechanical breakdown at Tarlac City- this was for over a week during Christmas period towards New Year, why can’t they just be honest and let us know that they had a holiday break instead of making petty excuses.The boxes arrived in terrible condition, similar to the condition of something that had been thrown around constantly and negligently.Conclusion:PlusCargo could not deliver the services for a delivery timeframe of airfreight service but still charges the cost of airfreight service. If anyone has experienced the same issues, let’s contact ACCC together.

I highly recommend Plus cargo. I sent boxes to Philippines 2x already and it was consistently smooth. Though delays are expected due to the pandemic, what I love about Plus Cargo is the real time update that you can check from their website, using your invoice.Lastly, I receive sms from the owner, letting me know that the delivery is on it's way to my family.Overall, I'm really satisfied with Plus Cargo's service.
