Vista Blinds Strathpine

After the 12week wait we had our shutters installed in our new home only to find 5 rooms have problems with the shutters , if you go to the Woodford community page I have posted pic's of the problem .The customer service lady called me and basically said they wont be coming out to view them and that after pic,s the installer took they are fine .NO PLEASE LOOK AGAIN they stick up showing daylight thru on the left hand side of the shutter frame x5rooms after getting annoyed at her dismissal as anyone would when someone is telling you they wont be returning to see them , she actually hung up on me . I have taken more photo's please give me your preferred way of sending these thru , they have cost us a lot of money and we would like this resolved in a professional manner .
