The doctors are brilliant, always caring and the building as a whole is brand new, clean and beautiful. The receptionist though, she clearly needs additional training. I stood right at the front counter not being acknowledged and had to address her before she spoke to me whilst continuing to stare into her lap - maybe phone. I could hardly hear and she barely said more than 3 words, it was very disheartening and has consistently happened.

My first impressions of this place was fantastic not only were they accommodating for appointments, the receptionist is very welcoming, and kind being very helpful. Upon arrival the clinic looks absolutely fantastic, clean and comfy chairs with toys for the young ones. Wait time at the end of the day wasn't like other clinic and only waited 5 mins max. The doctor we saw was so helpful and very thorough which for me is so important especially when it comes to my 2 year old. This is definately our regular doctor and glad we found them. 100% recommend if you need a change of doctor!Thank you so much for all you did getting my little boy on the right medication after 3 failed attempt from other doctors and the hospital, making follow up appointments and making sure we are crossing every avenue for the health of our boy.

So glad this centre is now open in the area! It's modern, clean and comfy. Super easy to book in online and we were able to get an appointment that day for a sick toddler. Reception team are lovely and the doctor was friendly, patient and thorough. So many doctors can be rushed and dismissive but this is not the case here. We will certainly be back and highly recommend these guys! Great work Hill Cove

Went to this surgery and the doctor is amazing I seen ! The receptionist was so kind and friendly ! I felt very welcomed as a new patient ! I decided to transfer over to this practise as I felt really looked after and not Just another number ! Highly recommend this practise !

Dr Huma has been my GP for quite a few years now. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism and empathy contribute to a holistic and positive clinical experience. She is up to date with evidence based medicine and is a delightful human on top of all of her other attributes! The practice is a clean, new and modern clinical space. It’s always a pleasure seeing her and the clinical environment provided at Hill Cove Medical Centre is beautiful!Highly recommend!

Called up and got an appointment 30 mins after phone call, very quick and easy, can even book online if need.We saw Dr Jag, he was very friendly and helpful with the kids. Made us all laugh and made sure we were all comfortable. He talked my children through the check up and medicene they needed. They even got a magic trick and a gold star for being good patients.
