Adam and Carina are very professional and you can tell they like what they do. They didn’t hesitate to travel for our measure and quote and then to do the fit out.They were friendly, happy to answer any questions I had, send pics and do different quotes. They were easily contactable. We are extremely happy with our electric roller blinds for inside, aluminum plantation shutters and Ziptrak outdoor blinds.I would recommend HBL to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Right from Carina and Adam’s initial site visit to quote my ZipTrack replacement job, I knew they were the organisation I would choose. A wife and husband team who knew their products, accurately measured and quoted and provided a detailed professional quotation. The product was delivered and installed on time, in the most professional manner. The installation, ably led by Carina with Adam in support, was THE BEST trade work I have ever experienced. The (rather complicated) job went without a hitch due to the time taken in the quotation phase - accurate measurements taken then translated into a seamless installation and wonderful, end product. And after the team left, the area was VACUUMED clean. We were left with a great job, a clean site and a feeling of gratitude to the team at Hunter BlindLab. I can recommend their service and installation to anyone considering using the ZipTrack product. The dynamic duo! These guys are an awesome team. When they told me they were going to fit all 10 shutters to the upstairs windows in my house, I thought they were optimistic at best. Sure enough, they all went in! I am very impressed with the product quality, and attention to detail in some not-so-square window openings. Stoked with the end result, thanks guys.

I found Hunter Blind Lab just from doing a google search and I'm so glad I decided to get them out to give me a quote. Adam and Carina were fantastic to deal with at every level and nothing was a problem. I LOVED that the person measuring and quoting was the person who is also doing the install and that was Adam and Carina. One quote from another company was going to charge me $150 to do a remeasure if I decided to go with them ( why would anyone pay for a remeasure ?? ) All the major window furnishing companies send out a sales person to measure and sell the product and most of them don't even know the product they are selling as I knew more about the ziptracks than they did. Adam had installed my sister's blinds when he worked for another company and I couldn't believe my luck when I realised who he was as she told me to go with this company so Adam would do the install. If you want an honest and reliable company you can't go past Hunter Blind Lab. We love love love our ziptrack blinds and we will definitely be referring them to family and friends. Honestly don't waste your time looking else where.
