Ruined our wedding band order.After falling in love with a set of rolling rings, we placed our deposit. When we heard nothing after several weeks, we called Wallace Bishop and they realised they had neglected to place our order. Original supplier apparently no longer worked with them, so they tried to lower our expectations by presenting inferior rings at the same price and excusing that they never look as good as the brochure"

Just called up to lay-buy a couple of watches that where on special yesterday the person I spoke to (Zoe) said it had to be cash or card today.. I called another Wallace bishop and they said they would gladly let me lay-buy them..
