Unless you want your house to be on the market for over a year..I wouldn't recommend this real estate to try and sell your home. I'm not sure how he gets his clients/customers that do buy,..as i doubt he does much to try..

Could not disagree more with David Dean's review. Bill Hooper Real Estate have been looking after a local property for me for nearly 2 years. They have done excellent work including preparing the property for rental when my Father moved out, providing advice as to amount of rental, storing some personal effects until I could deal with them, dealing sensitively with some of my late Father's effects. They are local, know the area, and their fees are reasonable.

Over several years, Bill Hooper was a pleasure to deal with. Highly responsive, professional, and honest. Most importantly however, for a Real Estate Agent, they were reasonable when it mattered.Being in a quiet area, you'll always find parking here, and anyone can park in those 45 degree parks, while there, also grab yourself a pizza!

The bottom of the pile. Deceptive, arrogant and money over morals.The owner and his wife (in our experiences) are not nice people. Sure real estate agent have to deal with some bad people, but this mob give agents the perception of dishonest profit driven grubs. Deflection, lies and bullying. That's their modus operandi. Live to cash grab peoples' bond at the end like all unscrupulous pig agents.Meet the man and look into his eyes behind the glasses - you will see. Meet his team".
