When I first went to the store the lady working their was extremely friendly and helpful. However when I went back a second time to see if I could take home a sample of one of the tiles I liked. The other employee was very rude and stated that Its not going to make any difference taking it to your house" After this comment I was quite taken back however I did get to take my sample on the fact that I bring it back in a couple of hours. Fast forward a little and I didn't make it back the same day so I rang them and the first lady I met answered the phone and she understood that I couldn't bring it back today and that it would be fine for me to bring it back tomorrow. Well a couple of hours later I received a phone call from the rude man asking why I didn't return it today. Overall very poor customer service with rude and arrogant staff."
