I ordered the wrong size laundry sink and needed to make a quick swap so the builders could cut the counter top for my renovation. Helen, Viv and John were great at urgently sending out the correct sized sink to me and were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Brilliant customer support! They also have a huge range of quality sinks and supplies. I couldn't be happier with them.

Had an issue with a kitchen sink tap we bought from Dandenong store a few months ago. It had some sort of dent/mark on spout. We did not get around to fitting it (part of a renovation) till a few months later. But when I contacted these people, they were most helpful and sent me a replacement spout. Such good customer service was most appreciated and I thank them for it.

I bought a kitchen and laundry sinks and taps from them 5 years ago that I am very happy with. Had a good range. I even had a warranty claim on a tap and they happily sent my details to the manufacturer and had the problem sorted by them. Great after sales service - even 5 years later!
