I love this place! Quick super friendly service and trouble shooting, and fast postage. I bought the Rainbow Unicorn LED hoop not long, and it is such a beast! Tougher and more durable than my day hoops- it's travelled all over the country with me and hasn't skipped a beat. Super bright and the charge lasts for ages. I cannot recommend Hoop Empire highly enough- if you are in Australia and you want an LED hoop, this is the place to go.Also, their clothes are gorgeous, well made and comfy.

Bunny is an amazing person to buy from! She went out of her way to help me make sure I received my dream hoop! From prompt responses to my inquiries to miraculously getting me my hoop in half the expected time(which is very impressive given that I live in rural Australia and most things arrive weeks late) and following up to ensure I both received and was happy with my hoop ^_^On the hoop front, I have the 160 light LED Rainbow Unicorn Hoop, with grip tape.. and I adore her! She has a wonderful warp free shape, easy to use connection(withing reason.. push buttons are what they are), amazing weight.. I could go on.. but now I have the hoop itch, so ima go play with mah hoop baby now

I bought a twin pack of hula hoops for my husband and I as we decided we want to incorporate more fun into our days. The weighted hoops are perfect for us as beginners and we're able to get fit and have fun at the same time. Delivery was also super fast! Highly recommend Hoop Empire Australia!

I've purchased hoops from Hoop Empire and taken hooping classes with Bunny! Hoops were delivered quickly and are beautiful! Bunny is an awesome instructor- I went from simply hooping on the waist to being able to (almost) seamlessly take the hoop off and back onto my body, hoop in my hands and on my neck, in just a few weeks (and some practice)! Hoop Empire make the best hoops you can find in Australia. Period. Endless varieties with fun and outstanding colours and choices, it will impossible to not be seduced by the brightness and beauty of these hoops. Recently got my FIRST Rainbow Unicorn Hoop and i don't know how i have lived without it. With over 200 settings of light sequences, you'll never be bored. Doubles as a fantastic ambient light in a room, creating a spectacular circular work of light vortex art. Great prices & great fun ... Get ya hoop on ! x

I ordered twin hoops and they were unfortunately damaged in transit, Bunny immediately sent out replacement hoops and parts to mend the damaged hoops! I was so impressed and relieved. The hoops are gorgeous too. Excellent customer service and and awesome product. Thanks ever so much Bunny.

6/5 stars! Seriously! I had no idea what hoops I needed and with a newborn and two other children was feeling a bit time poor. I sent through a quick email with our heights, weights and favourite colours and BOOM - received an invoice within the hour. Paid it and our hoops arrived two days later.
