Just ordered a Tropicana pack and totally dissatisfied with the meal. Was given the smallest quater piece I've ever seen an only a few chips in pack. This won't even feed a toddler, leave alone a adult.

Wholly unpleasant experience. Bathrooms were disgusting, soiled toilet paper on the floor. potato and gravy had some weird glob of a gelatinous substance. Staff seemed disinterested and no serviettes provided with the food. Nothing positive about the experience.

I've never been to a red Rooster before.The food was great.The staff were awesome.But it was very untidy, the male toilet was out of order... The female one looked like, someone had been murdered..

Visited yesterday evening.NOT HAPPY JAN!!!.meal was cold and chips were stale.Ordered Tropo meal which was a drumstick i found under stale cold chips overhanging a box that was too small for its contents.Noticed one worker not wearing gloves on preparing meals to and using distasteful language.Wont be going back to this Red Rooster.Thanks but no thanks

The service was absolutely disgusting and it's poorly managed, workers seem to talk more while preparing food and ignoring customers. I spent 15 minutes waiting to get service because workers were ignoring everyone.

visited 01/03 1:30pm. very disappointed and unhappy with the portions given and wait time for order. ordered a rooster roll box and was given 2 very small pieces of chicken and 1/4 full chips packet. do better. will not be back.

Ordered a whole chicken....what we got looked like road kill. I then had to argue with Sasha, the (I use the term very loosely) store manager, about getting a refund and a replacement chicken - all he wanted to offer was either a refund or a replacement and chips.I told Sasha that, given I'd have to drive the 10 minutes back, the least they could do was refund the original price and provide a replacement free of charge.Upon returning to the store the chicken was replaced - it did not look much better than the original purchase. We were given our refund and also provided with chips. Not sure why they bothered with the chips....they were so cold I'm unsure as whether they had even cooked them.The attitude of the staff was appalling, however this seems to now be the normal service provided by the Red Rooster franchise.While I understand that working within the hospitality industry may be difficult at times, it does not excuse subpar food nor service.

I've been to this store many times over the years, dozens of times...last time I was there was about 2 or so months ago...the store has always been ok, never good, but acceptable. I went there tonight and it has taken a sharp nose dive. The drive through speaker wasn't working properly and the lights on the menu at teh speaker were out. I drove around to the window to give my order and the girl who took it couldn't speak English properly (nor understand it properly - I had to repeat myself several times). It took a long time for them to finish the order. I checked the bag before driving away from the window and it was missing a large chips. I told her this and she didn't understand but I finally got her to understand and then it took about another 3 or so minutes before they bought out the missing chips. When I got home, one of the boxes in there which I thought was part of my order, was in fact something I didn't order...the food was very average...total shitfight from start to finish...won't be going back again and I encourage others to steer well clear of this particular restaurant...
