Was absolutely disgusted with the store. I attempted to eat inside, there was a extremely rude male cleaning. He was slamming doors, kicking furniture around. Rudest behaviour I've ever witnessed. When my daughter asked him if he could it keep it down please. He just stared at her rudely, as if we were a inconvenience. If I wasn't busy, I would have spoken to the store manager.

I’ve been coming here for years. At one point (about 2 years ago, could even be longer) the staff had no customer service skills. Especially one of the managers, thank goodness he has left a good while ago now. Now you get the best customer service with employees and managers. Thanks guys, best KFC in Brisbane : )

Was there yesterday and all the staff walked past the counter pretending I wasn’t there not serving me. Who ever owns this franchise may want to think of firing them all and getting decent new competent staff in that care about your company.

I don't expect much from fast food, but getting served when you walk up to the counter is a pretty low bar. While waiting to be served I started and finished an online order instead.Food is usually fine once you get it, but have had to return to get missed items.

Sub par food, no Lettuce, cold chips, gravy was hot at leastHad time to kill so decided to play the how long will that rubbish sit there" game....well an hour and a bit later 2 trainees studiously being told they have 8 weeks to be a "pro" by manager and then watch them both continue to sweep the 1x 4m behind counter for about 10 mins

I have been to this store before and plenty of others but this is the WORST experience I've had that this is the first time ive felt i needed to put a complaint in. I put my order in at 2:02pm saturday 13th May with an online order. From about 2:15pm half my order had been started getting made on the bench. 2:25pm i was told they were just waiting for my twister and burger with a very brief apology. Then by 2:34pm my order was complete but everything else had been sitting on the bench for more than 15 minutes at room temperature. The young lady then spoke to the manager after i complained and then just continued making food. No communication to me with what was happening. Other people too had been waiting a long time. Then 2:40pm was when they called me again then i asked to speak to the manager, he came over and as i calmly complained about how long i had been waiting for fast food" he showed zero sympathy

if i could rate it negative stars i would. i ordered twice through the kfc app delivery thinking the second time would be better.first time i ordered a giant feast and got 8 pieces of chicken, 2 large chips and 8 nuggets when i was supposed to get 15 pieces of chicken, 6 large chips, 18 nuggets and 3 sauces. i tried calling them but second call in they blocked my number.second time (14/6/23 - tonight) i ordered 2 zinger fillets and 4 burger boxes expecting what was on the order. It was missing all the drinks, 2 burgers and a potato and gravy.all together i lost 50$ for the giant feast and 80$ for the burger boxes. very poor level of service and they dont answer the phone or concerns we may have. they are theives.dont go to greenslopes kfc.

The chicken was cooked missing the herbs and spices. Usual cold soggy unsalted chips. Maybe if the average age of staff was over 10 things could be better. This store is a pretend kfc.
