Thank you to Andy and the team at Big Budda Boom for your prompt and professional service at such a reasonable price.We needed to have a 30 year old audio tape converted to digital format and saved to a USB. This is a gift for my husband's 92yr old cousin. The tape is of his mother recalling her memories of her escape from Russia.Unfortunately, the recording had deteriorated and whilst we have a recorder there was too much static to listen to it and we were concerned about the possibility of the recording being lost forever. Andy took less than two hours to convert it and, eliminating most of the static, preserve the recording for us and future generations. So nice to find someone local who does great work and is very easy to deal with.As it was less than a month to Christmas Andy had several orders ahead of mine and expected my order to take 2 weeks, but he delivered ahead of schedule.Big Budda Boom can arrange a courier delivery although I preferred to pick up. Andy was very accommodating with my erratic schedule and in arranging a suitable pickup time for me. The case presentation was a nice surprise too.. Very happy to recommend Big Budda Boom . :)

I had a last minute job - to transfer old camcorder tape footage to usb. I needed it in a hurry and Big Buddy Boom came to the rescue at an affordable price. They even had a usb available to purchase. Handover was covid safe and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
