I booked a massage as a gift for a friend and also one for myself. We had a wonderful and very relaxing massage. I especially appreciated the lovely peaceful environment, and the extra touches, like heated massage bed, etc. Highly recommended. I would definitely go back.

I'm disappointed to be writing this, I am a local to the area that has been getting massages here since the business opened in town, and I have had some fabulous massages hence the reason I kept going back, but today and on my last visit the therapist was not focussed on what they were doing for a majority of the session, then, I felt a phone vibrate next to me, They had been on their phone, massaging me with one hand or elbow and texting with the other, they would pause with their elbow or hand just resting on me with minimal pressure (was meant to be a deep tissue), so it was apparent what was happening, I said something to the therapist, I think he got a shock that I realised and apologised. I cut short my massage as I was so angry, even angrier as I had given them the benefit of the doubt the last time I thought that was what was happening. They did give me a full refund, but unfortunately for them, I won't be going back. Sorry :(

He was very kind and paid so much attention to every area I described as being sore. Then afterwards he provided complimentary green tea. 10/10 service. It made my holiday! Thank you so much :-)
