Last year I was working briefly in India and the hotel we stayed at had the best pillows I have ever slept on.Unfortunately, they were not for sale so I have been searching for something similar to no avail.Just recently I found the HotelHome Australia website and excitedly found their Majestic King Pillows"I ordered two and was pleasantly surprised when they turned up on my doorstep just two days later.I eagerly unpacked them and slept on them that same night.WOW!!! They were perfect and exactly what I had been searching for.I had the best nights sleep I have had in months.Thanks to everyone at HotelHome Australia for a fantastic product and super quick delivery."

Good quality and good service

Unsure of their product, as I'm still waiting to receive it. The experience of dealing with Direct Freight Express who was used to ship their product has ensured I will never order from here (or any other business that uses this freight forwarding service) again.We ordered a mattress topper and pillows from Hotel Home Australia on 3 October based on information from a hotel that uses their product. We requested shipment to an Auspost parcel locker, as we do with all our online orders, however Direct Freight will not ship to the postal locker as it would result in an additional fee to the consumer (a fee I would gladly pay so I don't have to be home to receive a large bulky package that I cannot reasonably send to my office).Direct Freight called twice (9 October and 10 October) to tell me they could not deliver to a postal locker, however I was unable to answer and they never left a message. I called them on 10 October and tracked down the shipment and rescheduled the shipment to be delivered to my house the morning of 13 October. They told me they would call that morning to give me a 2 hour window so I would know when I had to be home which sounded great. They didn't call me, so I called at approximately 9:30 am, they told me they would confirm, and call me back. No one returned my call, so I sat at home all day waiting. At 4:30 pm I called them back, to find out it never left the depot and would not be delivered today, and suggested a delivery next week. Not acceptable. I shouldn't have to take 2 days off work to receive a shipment. I've now agreed with them that I will drive out to Warrick Farm in Sydney to pick up my shipment before 9:00 am on a Saturday. (the ironic part was I was told not to be late, as they wouldn't wait around for me, despite the fact that I waited around all day for them.)The cost to deliver to a parcel locker would have been far less than the foregone wages. For the effective cost of this mattress topper and pillows after factoring in lost wages, we could have gone for a premium product from Amazon, which would have been shipped express post through DHL who delivers to Auspost parcel lockers. In fact, we ordered additional linens from Amazon on 4 October, and they were picked up from the local parcel locker on 9 October. Given the size, perhaps this would not have been suitable for the Parcel Locker, however it would be waiting for pickup Saturday morning at our local post office.

I have purchased from HotelHome several times before and am always impressed with the longevity and quality of their products. They provided everything we needed for our latest refurbishment and I can confirm that nothing has changed with this company, their experienced advice and friendly customer service is the best in the industry.
