Ms Soni, one of the Tax Agent workers there, is very unhelpful. She cannot hear very properly, I have to assert a strong tone of voice to tell her my details. She looks very clueless at her job. Will not be going back to her. I advice anyone going to the Tax Agent here at St Marys to not ask for her.

It was very friendly and helpful, Amit asked great questions and provided clarity, explaining various matters to help me understand better. Showed up for appointment on Saturday. Doors locked with no one around. Tried calling, it is forwarded into space. Wasted time! Will never come back
