I'm not sure if this company has difficulty recognising who their client is, or if they just have difficulty actioning client's requests when they don't align with theirs. There was too much resistance, in trying to get the changes we wanted.If you decide to use this business, deal with Flavia, she seemed to listen and happily implement changes - which sadly for us, were subsequently reversed by another.
